This Product & Sales Policy applies to products, programs, services, and digital content sold by Gloria Petersen, LLC through GloriaPetersen.com and GlobalProtocolAcademy.com, as applicable.

 

Please review the applicable product description and this policy before completing a purchase.

 

Purchase Information

To complete a purchase, you may be asked to provide information such as:

• Name
• Email address
• Billing and, when applicable, shipping address
• Phone number, when needed
• Payment information

 

Payments are processed through authorized third-party payment providers. Gloria Petersen, LLC does not directly store complete credit or debit card information when a third-party payment provider processes payment information.

Pricing and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our products, programs, services, pricing, and access terms.

 

Prices, availability, program schedules, and product offerings may change. The price and terms presented when an order is completed will apply to that purchase, subject to correction of material errors.

 

Pre-Recorded Webinars and Streaming Content

Pre-recorded webinars and other on-demand programs may be delivered via secure streaming or another protected digital-access method.

 

Unless a product description expressly states otherwise:

• Purchase provides access to view the designated content; it does not transfer ownership of the content.
• Streaming content is not downloadable.
• Purchase of individual access is intended for use by the individual purchaser.
• Access credentials, links, or other means of accessing purchased content may not be shared with others.
• Individual access does not include permission to present, broadcast, or make the content available to a classroom, company, organization, institution, or other group.
• Institutional, educational, corporate, or group-use arrangements may be available separately.

 

Unless a product description expressly states otherwise, purchase of pre-recorded webinar or streaming content includes 90 days of streaming access from the date of purchase. During that access period, the purchaser may return to their account and rewatch the purchased content as often as desired, subject to these terms and any applicable access restrictions.

 

Refunds for Pre-Recorded Webinars and Streaming Content

Because pre-recorded webinars and streaming programs provide access to digital content, sales are generally final and non-refundable once access is granted, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

 

Please carefully review the program description, subject matter, format, technical requirements, and access terms before purchasing.

 

If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing your purchased content, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

 

Live Webinars

For live webinars conducted through Zoom or another online meeting platform:

• Cancellations received at least 48 hours before the scheduled program are eligible for a full refund unless different cancellation terms are stated in the program description.
• Missed programs and cancellations received less than 48 hours before the scheduled program are generally non-refundable.
• When appropriate, an alternate session, recording, or other accommodation may be offered at our discretion.

 

If Gloria Petersen, LLC cancels a live webinar, registered participants will be offered an appropriate remedy, which may include rescheduling, transferring to another session, or a refund.

 

Coursework and Training Programs

Certificate programs and certain professional training programs may require formal acceptance and a signed Training Agreement.

 

Unless different terms are provided in the applicable Training Agreement:

• Cancellation and refund requests must be received at least 30 days before the course’s scheduled start date.
• Once a program begins or access to protected course materials is provided, tuition and fees are generally non-refundable.
• The applicable Training Agreement will govern if its terms differ from this general policy.

 

Digital Downloads

Products specifically identified and sold as downloadable digital materials are separate from streaming-only content.

 

Because downloadable products cannot ordinarily be returned once delivered or accessed, digital-download sales are generally final and non-refundable after delivery or access, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

 

Purchasing a digital download does not transfer copyright or ownership of the material. Permitted use remains subject to our Copyright Notice and Terms & Conditions.

Books and Other Physical Products

Products identified as closeout or final-sale merchandise are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or the product received is materially different from what was ordered.

 

If a physical product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

 

Orders and Availability

 

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of pricing or listing errors, suspected unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, product unavailability, or misuse of purchasing or access systems.

 

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed and no product or service has been provided, the payment will be refunded.

 

Technical Requirements and Access

Customers are responsible for having a compatible device, a supported browser, a reliable internet connection, and other technology reasonably necessary to access online or streaming content.
